Etc etc. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ First of all. Stop.♥️ Overthinking this topic and getting more and more self conscious about our bodies is becoming a “‘normal” daily routine in everyone’s life. Trust me when I say this doesn’t help you in your journey at all! Stress is a huge huge factor in gaining weight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now that we’ve got that out of the way. What can you do to become the best version of you?☺️ Start appreciating yourself for what you already are! You’re doing great and the fact that you’ve decided that you want to change is more than amazing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Next up: eat enough. Many of you are probably under eating and therefore gaining weight. (Yup you read that right) I’ll put the link of my video about calculating macros in my story✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last but not least, supplements are not bad. It is not a replacement for normal food, but an addition to your daily intake. Protein is a necessary building block in your body to heal and build up muscle. In some shakes, like this one, there are added vitamins, minerals and plant based proteins to keep you full. Besides that try to eat wholesome meals to get you through the day✅☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Useful tips? I hope so!♥️♥️ Much love from me?
