八芳園さんのインスタグラム写真 - (八芳園Instagram)「【花より日本酒！蔵元さんと一緒に日本酒を愉しむ】毎回、好評をいただいている日本酒イベント「蔵元さんと一緒に日本酒を愉しむ会」。第27回目となった先日のイベントでは、印象的なラベルで人気の岐阜の銘酒「百十郎」の蔵元林本店さんをお迎えしました。 2020年でちょうど100年になる蔵元の五代目当主を務める林里榮子さん。酒蔵の娘として生まれ、幼稚園の卒業アルバムには「酒屋さんになる！」と書いていたそうです。食前酒は「TERA」というユニークなネーミングのお酒。お肉に合うお酒で、ラベルには鳥獣戯画が描かれています。当初は「戯画」という名前にする予定だったそうですが、ギガを越えようという事でギガバイトの上のテラバイトからTERAと名付けたそうです。その他にも、蔵を大改装してのど越しがよりすっきりとした「赤面」や、岐阜県の酵母で造った「冬のオリオン」など、様々なお酒をお愉しみいただきました。当主の林さんの信念は食を通じて人々のコミニュケーションを支えることですが、今回も食事とお酒からコミニュケーションが生まれ、素敵な雰囲気のイベントとなりました。次回は4月4日（木）八芳園本館にて銘酒「嘉泉」を生み出した田村酒造をお招きしスペシャルバージョンでお届けします。皆さまのお越しを、心よりお待ちしております。 [蔵元と愉しむ銘酒夜会] 開催日：2019年4月4日(木) 時間：19時00分～21時30分場所：八芳園本館料金： 10,800円(税込) [ご予約・お問い合わせ] バンケットセールス 03-3441-7888(受付時間 10時00分～19時00分) [八芳園] http://www.happo-en.com/ 【Welcome sake brewery,’ Hayashi-Honten' for fine sake of Gifu prefecture,”Hyakujuro” 】 The sake event held the other day which received high reputation,” Party to enjoy sake with its brewery”. For this time, the 27th event, we had a brewery Hayashi-Honten for Gifu’s fine sake, ’Hyakujuro’ which is popular for its impressive label. Ms. Rieko Hayashi who is the 5th owner of the sake brewery which will have just 100th year on 2020. She was born as a sake brewer’s daughter and she wrote “I will be a sake seller!” already in the graduation album of her kindergarten. Besides, a variety of sake was enjoyed such as “SEKIMEN” which has clearer taste after undergoing a major renovation of the brewery and “Fuyu no Orion” made with yeast in Gifu prefecture. Ms. Hayashi’s belief is “To support people’s communication through food” and it became a wonderful event creating communication through food and sake this time as well. The next time will be on Thursday, April 4, in main building of Happo-en, welcoming Tamura-Shuzo producing famous fine sake, ’Kasen’.
