Not the prettiest of snatches, but I still think this one showed some improvements!! Small things, step by step. This one was my second attempt & we didn’t take the third because well... we didn’t need to & that was exactly our plan coming in. (Surprise I actually listened and didn’t ask to go up). Weighing 70.Liter of water. My warm ups were actually TERRIBLE in the back, but on stage I flipped it around! Almost the exact opposite for clean and jerks because it’s just like that sometimes. @mattiecakesssss (76kg, @hookgripusa) snatching 106kg/233lb at the 2019 Las Vegas International Open! She lifted at just over 71kg in order to get in one of her 76kg qualification meets which she needs in order to be eligible for Tokyo 2020.
