One of the harder things for me to understand is this:
Every time I reach a new level or milestone in life, career, or anything, there's a bit of a "low" after that. It's like leveling up in a game... you start at the bottom of that level & have to earn xp (experience points) to move forward & get better. You might get knocked down, but know that you've moved forward.
Surrounding myself with people that continually elevate me and keep me motivated is key.
You are not alone. Keep going. You're doing great!
Thank you to all of you for the constant #support & #inspiration ♡

I feel like I get that feeling. It's kind of like "great, I got here. Now what?" I heard a word for it from an episode of Babylon 5 once: "selah". It doesn't quite cover it, but it involves a kind of heart heavy contemplation of what's passed...and what lies ahead. Thank you for sharing this! I forget sometimes I'm not the only one who thinks such things :-)

I love my lokai bracelet, it has mud from Red Sea (lowest point on Earth) as a reminder to always have hope and water from Everest (highest pont) to remind to always stay humble
