Core day!! Gone are the days of training abs half heartedly with a couple of crunches!
When we train core on the @fitnessculturetraining app we make sure to use dynamic and static movements. Today’s workout is one you’re going to want to give a go! Swipe and save for later!

1️⃣ land mine rotational punch-
2 x 10. Keeping your core tight with weight on your front foot pull and twist in one motion while switching hands as you finish the movement. BE EXPLOSIVE!
2️⃣Sit up to press-
2x15
Start flat on your back with your knees bent. Hold a plate with extended fully. Without bending the arms use your core to sit up and press through to finish the movement.

3️⃣.GHR side crunch-
2 x 10 each side.
Start with your hands to the side of your head, try to keep your elbow pointed to the ceiling the entire time as you come up to and squeeze.

4️⃣ Swiss ball reverse crunch-
2 x15
Starting a plank position with your feet on the ball. Slowly- using your abs, bring your knees to your chest!
