Hedgehogs are extremely cancer-prone, so I’ve been a bit paranoid ever since. During our recent Bishop trip I felt a lump in her abdomen and panicked. A $600 vet bill proved it to be a false alarm but the peace of mind was 100% worth it. . I’m extra conscious of her health lately... I don’t take her outside anymore (this pic is from a few years ago) and I don’t really have her meet new people. Frankie is 4.5 years old (75 in hedgie years).
