I’ve always believed in celebrating the little wins, especially when times are rough. Today I put spikes on and could run pain free faster than I’ve been able to all year. Each day the little wins get me closer to vaulting again. Can. Not. Wait. 💪🏼

geordiemark42 I think that's the one problem with peak fitness, your just one step away from injury. So I do sofa sports now and I stay injury free 😝
