nuraykrtr I just would like to tell everyone that it is the worst customer service that you will ever experience so DO NOT ORDER!!! I have placed an order last night and early this morning I wanted to make a change to my order. I wanted to add $800 worth coffee table to current order so i don't have to pay another shipping fee. I called 4 times and after waiting 15-25 minutes to be connected to some other department the call was disconnected. Finally they said my order was already processed (Saturday night 11 pm order with 4 weeks delivery was already processed on Sunday morning at 10 am) and they would not allow me to make any changes. I tried to cancel it, but they would not return $147 shipping fee for the current order. I have expected better service and very disappointed. I will not shop from West Elm ever again!!!

ninipol I’m in Cancun Mexico, and always had great experiences with West Elm online and at the store... I’ve just would like to have more options. We don’t have all the inventory here...

michellebenitez515 Unfortunately they have nice furniture and items but the SERVICE is so BAD that it defeats the pleasure and experience of decorating
