sdfto Another beautiful living room WE. I wish I had my sofa I ordered in November. 5+ months waiting for Harmony Sectional, which costs thousands of dollars and has been paid for is unacceptable. Customer service has been ineffective. A 10% discount is not enough at this point.

igorgasm Honestly, the customer service at west elm is horrible. Their operation teams are not capable and their credit cards like to lie to consumers and tie them down with loads on interest. Don’t fall for their pretty aesthetic, beauty fades.
