At the heart of adventure lies reluctance, excitement, trepidation, curiosity and an endless list that has me emotionally questioning and embracing my decisions. On Wednesday I leave for an expedition to Mt Everest with a very close friend, @Cory Richards. Cory & I go way back, he’s like a brother to me. In the coming months he and @estebantopomena will be attempting a new route up the worlds largest mountain, a serious undertaking that they’ve both been training very hard for. The photos here are from the last big expedition I did with Cory to #Antarctica, a savage undertaking into the remote unknown with bad ass climbers @mikelibecki & @freddiewilkinson, a place where rescue isn’t an option and working as a team is a prerequisite. A trip I felt the same about before leaving, scared and utterly excited. This is a feeling I’ve oddly grown to love, one I embrace at least once a year on big trips like this.
