Delta your agents tried to bully and demean me when I asked to be compensated when I was kept on board Delta Flight 5931 out of DCA. When I requested #myright to be let of the plane while still at the gate and not prepared for takeoff after #3hrs the pilot never let me off.
Delta, did you know that keeping your customers on the tarmac for more than #3 hours without deplaning them (especially when there are available gates to do so), for a flight trip time of less than 2 hrs, is prohibited by the United States Government Department of Transportation? @delta you owe me %400 of my one way fare, for the flight THAT WAS DELAYED. You also owe me a real apology. I am a real, whole #humanbeing, a #dyanmic black woman, and I will not be ignored.
Your #deltagents were #passiveaggressive when I asked about how you were going to #makeitright and get me to my final destination. I was told #itsnotgoingtohappen, and I was #dimissed as if I didn’t actually pay you to get on YOUR plane and NOT EVER take off. You and your employees, and senior management are confused about how this works.

@delta this is a lovely photo! That’s where it ends your agents at A29, and A30 today have straight up treated us like crap! It appears that we are not the only ones! What is this horrible business plan you have of overselling each flight? Long term customer retention not in your plans? You treated @erica_lynn.2 in a very disrespectful manner! If I was flying by myself no problem but when my wife @leleloganyaya is with me the game changes! She deserves more respect than than the ignorant way your team has acted today!! To big to fail? @delta we’ve been At LaGuardia for 17 hours and counting. We were supposed depart at 6:15pm yesterday. Our flight has been delayed and given a new departure time 9 times. We’re exhausted, we haven’t slept as we weren’t given enough notice to even book hotels. 6 delta flights that were scheduled AFTER ours have left for Chicago. This is not weather to blame, this is poor planning and customer service on Delta’s part. Please advise.

Im on a hot 3 hour delayed TVs not working flight from fort Lauderdale. This is the worst!!!!! And after being on hold for an hour and thirty minutes there was nothing that could be done to help me. I will be sharing this bad experience with everyone i know.

I am currently waiting at the airport at the bar when i should be in the air on my way home... but noooooo @Delta can never be on time!! How do you ask your customers to be on time to make them miss their flight
