It’s 10pm, the boys are out riding coasters and I just finished wrapping the girl’s hair in curlers. We sang songs and danced. Man, this parenting gig can be so, so hard and then turn on a dime and deliver an electric volt of pure beauty. The trick is staying ready to accept both.
