The best way to work on your mental strength in climbing? Practice to tolerate discomfort. Your focus needs to be right there, on the movement. If you are loosing the focus because of fear, force yourself to fall until you just feel comfortable with it. I’m attempting this at the moment, really looking forward to climbing with confidence in the gear and myself again. Long way to go though I think. Any other tips on falling practice ?

Good advice. And that’s why for climbing big walls fast I like training with long trail runs. Get comfortable with suffering. Well said Babsi!
