10 x TABLE TOP STOOP THRU (Really lift your bottom, drop your shoulders forward, & round through your spine at the back of this movement to activate deep core contraction!)
10 x FROGGER + DROP TO ELBOWS
10 x (each side) SIDE PLANK CRUNCH

TIP! >> As you are on your hands for every exercise in the workout, really try to press your fingertips into the ground to reduce pressure in your wrists.
