Working as a guide in Antarctica, I've experienced days where we were sailing in nine-meter seas with winds howling well over 100 kilometers an hour and days like this, where the water turns to glass and only the sounds of icebergs crackling in Crystal Sound could be heard. I was sailing south on this evening as our crew was headed for the polar circle. Before succumbing to sleep, I saw the moment where the rising moon would align with this spectacular iceberg.
