1️⃣db pull through - 12 reps
2️⃣db deadlift into curtsy lunge - 10 reps
3️⃣froggy hip thrusts - 20 reps
4️⃣loaded banded clam shells - 10 reps per side

🔁repeat 4 times or until your glutes beg for mercy 😬🔥
