KETO DIET TIPS! Get your MCT OIL IN!

1) On keto you should eat 80% of your intake straight from fats which can be tricky to do without going over proteins and carbs and easiest way to do that is a diet high in healthy oils! @sportsresearch MCT oil is my favorite for keto because you can use it so many ways: cooking, on salads, in coffee etc! You can even take 1-2 spoonfuls of oil a day between meals - which is great for your energy, easy digestion, improved skin, and fat loss!
2) MCT oil is a straight energy source of ketones which means you won’t store it as fats but instead feel energized daily and get into and stay in ketosis fast and efficiently!
3) I highly advise intermittent fasting with keto so skip breakfast and if you need a pick-me-up try bulletproof coffee in am before your first meal at noon:
