本日は、PORTER flagship storeにて展開中の「ポーター クレド」シリーズよりブリーフケース（L）をご紹介いたします。底部が楕円形をした独特なデザインで、カーブを美しく表現するためにしなやかなレザーを採用しています。切り目仕上げにはレザーにある程度の硬さが必要ですが、この革は両方の特性を備えた上質な素材です。切り目部分は熟練の職人が手作業で丹念に磨いており、手触りも滑らかです。ブランドネームはマットシルバーの箔押しを外装に施しています。すっきりしたフォルムですが、開口部は下まで大きく開くため、物の出し入れがしやすく機能性も高いアイテムです。

Introducing a briefcase (L) from “CREDO” series. The bottom is unique oval shape, and the flexible leather is used to make the curve beautiful. Also, for sharp look of the edges, the leather needs to be firm. The leather for this series is well balanced and has both. Skilled craftsmen polish the edge carefully to give a good touch feeling. It’s slim, but the opening goes to the bottom for easy access to the inside.
