古くからの友人で、京都を中心に活動するフラワーアーティストの前田氏と一緒に創った和菓子×花のコラボ作品。
この写真とは全く違った世界観の作品ができたので、後日改めて発表できればと。花と和菓子は、柔らかいニュアンスと、儚い命の中に宿る凛とした美しさが似ているのかも。
植物と食物、似て非なる二つの世界の境界線を超えて、美しく美味しい作品を、もっと生み出していきたいと思った。
I had the great experience with a flower artist @edalab based in Kyoto to create a collaboration work of Japanese confectionary and flowers.
Their similarity could be the beauty and elegance existing in an ephemeral life. I would like to explore these two different worlds in oder to create more exiting pieces of art.

正式なお披露目はまだ先になりますが、先日、 @YUKI FUJIWARA の藤原氏とコラボしました。

昔からの友達と大人になって改めて取り組みを始められるのってとても新鮮な気持ち。
