Do I still get nervous?
Not anymore. Nervous is what happens when I try to experience the future. But there is no actual ground to stand on in an imagined future. No breath yet exists in that space. It can only be mental. So it makes the body neurotic; weightless, unbalanced, afraid, poop your pants nervous. I’ve learned not to waste much time in that space. Living in the moment is so much more fun.
Two nights ago I had the most fun I’ve ever had onstage. It just keeps getting better. A big thanks to everyone who joined the good vibes movement in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You are loved. xo
