Kīlauea Point National #WildlifeRefuge offers unsurpassed views of the #Pacific with steep cliffs that drop dramatically to meet the ocean. It’s also one of the best places on the main Hawaiian Islands to view wildlife, as it’s home to some of the largest populations of nesting #seabirds. Those white dots? Yes, that’s them, settling down for the evening. In addition to the nesting birds, visitors have a chance to view spinner dolphins, Hawaiian monk seals, native Hawaiian coastal plants and #Hawai'i’s state bird - the nēnē or endangered Hawaiian goose.
