(Swipe for the workout) The focus on these exercises with Em was to get her to engage her upper back and work on drawing her shoulder blades together, slightly lifting her ribcage, therefore lengthening the neck and giving her the correct posture. We used dumbbells for added weight however just doing this motion a few times a day (with or without weights) and getting this into your muscle memory will help you improve your posture and make you appear taller 💁🏽‍♀️ ⁣ @daniellepeazermethod #trainlikeadancer」5月26日 19時49分
