5回目となる今回は、キュレーター・本田直之氏のもと、
2015年日本最大級の料理人コンペティション「RED-U35」にてRED EGGグランプリを受賞後、上海で活躍を続ける篠原裕幸氏が登場。
「現代だから出来る中国料理―乾物の新世界―」をコンセプトにした一日限りのコースをご堪能いただきました。

TRUNK(KITCHEN) Guest Chef Event ( ) -untitled-
The 5th ( )-untitled- event, curated by Naoyuki Honda, was a great success under the guidance of the guest chef Hiroyuki Shinoharaーthe winner of the 2015 RED EGG Grand Prix at Japan's largest chef competition, "RED-U35" who afterwards moved to Shanghai as the executive chef at the famous Sichuanese restaurant, "THE PEACOCK ROOM".
With the theme "Dried Chinese foods in the Modern Era" as the central idea of this special 1-day course, he delivered a whole new take on Chinese cuisine.
