Hey guys! I’ve partnered up with @centrum_canada to show a quick behind the scenes of my daily beauty fit routine with my Centrum Multigummies Multi+Beauty, gua sha and hair brush for daily self-care! I’m always conscious about my health and wellness so that I can stay in top shape. I make sure I’m eating healthy by thinking about foods and ingredients I love and cooking them at home. I try to get in two different trainings per day - one at the ALTA gymnastics centre to work on my routines and the other at the Canadian Sports Centre to build my strength and endurance. Physiotherapy, massage, rolling, ice baths, and a sports psychologist keeps me well rounded when it comes to my sport.
