In celebration of this city - that is layered, hopeful, tough, and beautiful - our team has been working on a special New York-inspired dessert collection launching in Soho this summer. And we launched the very first cake - a Pretzel filled with caramel and peanut butter - in my recent trip to Paris as a nod to my first home.
