On Monday, 54 tornadoes touched down across seven states in the Midwest, many wreaking havoc in residential areas. Created by immaculate inflow winds, this tornadic supercell in Imperial, Nebraska, is referred to as a mother ship for its distinctive shape. Watching it crawl across the sky, menacingly pouring down heavy rain and hail in its path, was nothing short of spectacular.
