Pappardelle egg ribbon pasta w 🥓 , 🦀 , 🍅 , peas, mascarpone, tarragon + parsley ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Spice and herb omelet: TONS of mint, parsley, dill and cilantro, garlic, potato, leek, cumin, coriander, barberries, fenugreek, black pepper, cardamom, turmeric - topped w watermelon radish, bread and butter pickles, edible flowers ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Pepper Fry ✌🏻 ways - Cauliflower + Beef - for the Pepper Fry spice: Pepper, mustard seed, cumin, caraway, coriander, curry leaves, chilies plus fresh turmeric, ginger, garlic. Toast in a pan and fry w beef and/or cauliflower, then simmer w Shaoxing or sherry wine, hot and sweet peppers, red onions.

Serve w Basmati rice w cardamom, cinnamon, garlic and curry leaves.
