The NY Senate and NY Assembly voted overwhelmingly to pass the anti-declawing, cat protection bill today! We also are very concerned that they need to be educated about the facts about declawing and about how FIV and FLV are transmitted, which is by a bite. . The antiquated excuses that this vet tech association used to try to keep declawing legal are pretty shocking to say the least.
