mustardtiger_swayze666 You do understand that gun violence is created by criminals who don't follow laws.... Ban guns and only criminals will have guns. Look at the 1990 Clinton Federal "Assault Weapons" ban. Most rifle purchases banned for 10 years and gun crime only went up because only criminals had the firepower. In order to "stop gun violence" we have to stop reporting on it. Stop putting it in the news. These cowards who commit these crimes do it for the fame and they attack defenseless locations and groups that won't fight back. Pull the plug on the media protect our schools retirement homes, postal workers and whatnot and you'll see gun crimes plummet. Then the only thing we'd have left to figure out if how to stop suicides and gangland violence which contribute to counts in most gun violence data.
