Happy World Oceans Day! (Although as w Earth Day, I think World Oceans Day should be everyday.) It’s a day to honor and celebrate our oceans but you may have noticed that our oceans could use a little help these days. Besides the impact of climate change on our oceans and the mass acidification of coral reefs, we’re also talking about more plastic in our oceans than fish by 2050. That’s messed up. If you want to help save our oceans you can start by not using single use plastic water bottles. Easy. Carry a water bottle. That’s my commitment. wake_n__sk8 Don’t forget that trump lifted EPA regulations in order for companies to save money by releasing much more waste in to streams and rivers, further polluting the fresh water and ground water systems and the oceans. That’s one reason the stock market has been doing so well. We’ll all pay for it in a short few years though unfortunately. It’s not worth the money.
