ohbabyho DO NOT FLY DELTA!!!!! No sense of responsibility. Not helpful. Hundreds of flights canceled and delayed due to system outage yet they are not willing to offer hotel vouchers. Not trying to get you on the earliest flight when this HUGE inconvenience is THEIR FAULT. Let’s hold these airlines accountable!!! They didn’t even call in extra customer service reps to help with the situation. WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

katiem426 @delta @delta that’s great! Too bad you charged my whole group extra for a flight on May 31st, and had an emergency landing (absolutely terrifying experience!!) that delayed us and missed first day of vacation while waiting around for another flight. Oh, yeah! And then on the second plane, something leaked on us from the emergency door the whole flight and nothing was done about it! NEVER flying DELTA again. Thanks @delta !

jordo_grimm @jessebudlong Not trying to start any arguments here, but I work for Delta on the ramp, and many of us don't want the union, the IAM has done some scetchy stuff, like forging signatures on 2000+ authorization cards. I always know if there were an issue to come up, I could talk to my managers and we have the best management ever!

kmhalasz Hello @delta I spent over 8 hrs at LAX yesterday (6/14) while my flight was delayed 8 times throughout the day. Passengers were told we’d receive an email about compensation, but nothing has come through. I would like to speak to someone about a refund or solution for this inconvenience. Thanks, Katy

wonder_women_29 To all of you who had a bad experience with delta airlines. I’m sorry on what happen to your delay flight . I had flew delta for many years . I never had a problem with them .

bpinadiaz @delta SMH the attitute of Agent at gate C51 flight Delta 6172 to Chicago (6/14/2019). No patience with passengers while they scan their codes. Never seen something like this.
