I've been challenging myself to stay away from as much heat styling as I can to help my hair grow long and strong, so I'm treating my hair like my diet. I'll give myself little "cheat days" every now and then when I'm craving a smooth hair look 😁 I'm avoiding the flat iron and boy what a difference that detox has made! Thank God for good blow dryers and my current BFF hair products. I have thick hair so you better believe I am not trying to spend hours in the bathroom sweating with the blowdryer (LOL). When I want that sleek look I’ve been loving @kerastase_official’s Elixir Ultime Original Hair Oil. My hair always feels salon quality smooth and healthy after I put this light-weight oil in my hair. I just apply it mid to ends (and then whatever is left I'll gently swipe over the top) to help keep my blowout looking shiny as the days go on.
