This mornings 20 min workout for me and Baby Marquez🤰
I’m over 35 weeks now and bumps getting heavier now and my balance isn’t as good so I kept all my movements slow and nothing too heavy or strenuous. I did each exercise as a full circuit for for 1 min each (so 5 mins work) followed by a 2 minute rest Repeat 3x in total. Training little and often and feeling Great! 🙋🏼‍♀️😊 I’ve been approved by my Dr & Midwife to continue with my training so PLEASE get the go ahead first! And remember, every pregnancy is different so only do what feels right for YOU.
