Try writing down 5 affirmations about yourself and repeat them to yourself every morning before you start your day or whenever you feel you need a pick me up! Yes you do feel a little silly at first but give it a go! Changing your mindset around how you speak to yourself is such a powerful tool for showing continued self-care to yourself.
