My Mawm has sent you multiple emails about sending me more durable toys as I destroy ones within minutes, on the email you agreed and even sent me a trial toy of what I’m gonna be getting here on forth, it’s been two months and I’ve still been getting the same toys as everyone else (squeaker included, even though my mom requested toys without squeakers). Your customer service has been awful, as she sent you guys 5 emails, an Instagram message & tried “texting” you as your website says to do for customer service. After the fifth email, she finally got a response but with empty promises.

my.pug.clark I’m actually really disappointed in @barkbox because the toys that were sent in my custom barkboxes were always way to big and the squeaker stopped squeaking within 2-3 months of playing with them vs. toys we’ve had from years ago and their squeakers still work.
