30 is Lookin’ real good from where I’m sitting. Best year of my life so far, so many milestones hit, and I’m just getting started. So lucky to have found love, to be surrounded by incredible friends and creatives. To be healthy. This year was a big one of growth for me personally. One of digging deep and unearthing trauma, and holding a mirror to myself and having the willingness to be brutally honest. I had to break down a-lot of stereotypes and stigmas about what it meant to be a man, and the the pressure that we ourselves and society puts on us as men, especially in my industry. You guys always see me working on my body, but what I hadn’t done in 30 years was work on my mind, my mental health, which is equally important. This year marked the beginning of a beautiful journey through seeing a therapist, for the first time in my life. It was hard, it was messy. But it was and is so freeing. Making sure that I was the best version of myself was really important to me and I feel like for the first time in my life I have clarity over alot of my demons. The older I get, the more I just feel blessed to be alive, forget what I have, or the status I hold. Just to be alive with air in your lungs is such a gift. Do not take that for granted. Thank you to all the incredible people in my life, and all my fans who follow me. You enrich my life, and I love you all right back. Thank you. So I know you lovvee motorcycles and cant live without them, and I’m pretty sure helping kids in need is another thing you love. My family and I are in this Organization is what we call it because we don’t want to call us a gang cause we aren’t. But most of us ride bikes and raise money for kids who have been bullied, raped, abused, etc. I’m not sure if you have ever heard of BACA (bikers against child abuse) we are doing the same as them but different concept of that makes sense. We are Guardians Of The Children, Advocates AGAINST child abuse. You can visit our site www.guardiansofthechildren.com we are in Canada and the United States. Your advantage dog is that you look very good and people will stop at your picture to read what you wrote. Otherwise people will not stop at other Instagram pages and reas their messages.
