Oh sweet sweatiness💦💦…popped in a quick HIIT stair workout today💪🏼, post @gymshark photoshoot with THE BEST TEAM. I just love them all so much!!
Got to snag some of the new Ultra Seamless early and try it out!! Definitely recommend, I’m digging how flattering and BRIGHT it is!! 😻

Try this HIIT workout, just grab some stairs outside your apartment or school or local….stairway, idk — GET IT DONE, you’ll feel great after!!💦

P.S. I just got an Apple Watch, does anyone know of any good fitness / heart rate tracking apps or does it kind of do that on it’s own? Just wondering!

💛STAIR HIIT
🔥Single stair jumps - 30 reps/stairs
🔥Double stair jumps - 20 reps/jumps
🔥Incline Push Ups - 15 reps (don’t hit your face during these 😅 whoops)
🔥Side Step Ups - 15 reps per side
🔥Step Up + Glute Squeeze - 15 reps per leg
🔥Side Steps Up Stairs - 15 reps per leg
✨Personally I only did this twice and I was …. Just gross, but try it 2-4 times, and love on yourself, you’re doing great!!
