sallyvlas @jenafrumes I was raised on a dairy farm and continue to live there and take care of our cows and I kindly want to say that just because a massive dairy operation is abusive to their animals and blatantly disrespects and violates the unspoken laws of taking care of animals does not mean all dairy farms are like that. Many, many farms, including my family’s farm, treat our animals with love, care, and respect. It’s not fair to categorize all dairy farms into one group and tell everyone that this is what’s going on in the dairy industry, because nationwide this is not common. It’s these big farmers that ruin it for the rest of us! You use your platform on social media brilliantly to speak up for animals and I respect that, but girl before you tell 3.5 million followers to stop eating dairy, remember that it was fair oaks farms that fucked up, not the thousands of other small family farms!

apocis20 @jenafrumes There are many farmers out there that doesn't misstreat animals as there are many ones that does. I am also a farmer, and that kind of practice shown in your post is disgusting and they must be denounced and investigated. What's wrong is misleading the information. Influencing people to set aside dairy products to protect animals, impacts also us the honest and caring farmers whose income also comes from producing dairy products too, and that is wrong. We are choked by all this misleading opinions based on one black lamp. Please do not mislead information and I suggest you to investigate those farms who care for their animals. You have only seen the bad side of the coin. I suggest you take a look at the other side so you can have a better understanding.

lick_my_driptip83 I've cut out dairy since October because my tests came back so that I'm allergic to milk, but that's when you learn that it's in everything. Even in dang gone potato chips. When u try to avoid it, you find it everywhere and it's depressing.
