naspiradesign Reserved a flat in London through Airbnb for 14 days but the host came up with excuse couple hours before our check in and didn’t let us in or gave us the flat number. The security in the building didn’t even know the host and assured us there won’t be any Airbnb rental in that building. I’m still dealing with Airbnb and my credit card company to dispute the charge and get refund. Needless to say I was on the street for some hours after a long flight to find another hotel. Airbnb need to screen its host better to weed out potential frauds. #shameonairbnb

monetxjanelle @airbnb your cancellation policy sucks, you allow hosts to keep customer money even though I tried to cancel within 20minutes of booking your customer care team did not fix it.
