So out of my friends, it feels like I am about the ONLY person not on holidays in Europe or somewhere sunny at the moment (although I get to cuddle Arna SO much 😍😂) but honestly I have RANDOMLY been loving getting rugged up to walk outside in the cold lately. Ladies, what's your favourite way to workout when the weather cools down❄? Do you prefer to stay at home, head to the gym or brave the cold?! Comment below!!⠀

I am from Minnesota, USA, and our winters get brutal! We get tons of snow and last winter we had a Polar Vortex ?so we are basically stuck inside. In order to not feel cooped up and to get rid of that “lay on the couch with my dog in my pajamas eating warm cookies” craving, I head to the gym for a HIIT session on the treadmill or to a good resistance training on the Sweat app! It warms me up quick and then i can lay on the couch in my pjs all night without feeling guilty ?

I live in arctic Canada and winters range around -50 to -60 Celsius... I like to mix it up. Sometimes on the treadmill, but I also enjoy the fresh air, even then! The cold makes it feel like a double workout, but refreshing if that makes sense?! Maybe I just like the escape from my three little ones. ??♀️

I still took my dog on a walk when it was 10F air temp.. typically with windchill it was around 0F but she loves the cold and still needs exercise! Although when the air temp was below 0 F I went to the gym for my LISS sessions as it’s too cold to be outside for more than 10 minutes

Hinestly Kayla_itsines tjis is where I struggle the most if not fall flat on my face. My bed sheets just keep me wighed down and comfy and warm that I cant seem to convince my self otherwise to just go for a walk or jog outside. Lol

I love Santorini Greece one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen! My husband and I were so fortunate to celebrate our anniversary there last year❤️ I love summertime and it always motivates me to be in my best shape!

I love going to the sauna & steam room in winter & yoga next to the fire. I’ll rug up & go for a walk on a nice day in winter if it’s not too icy, ski after work & on weekends & usually go to the gym.
