I had the pleasure and honor to be at the Bushnell Theater last night and watch his show, Latin History for Morons! More than entertaining, it was a reality check for all of us Latinos who might think that we haven’t been part of history. The truth is that we were here first, represented by various indigenous tribes that built empires bigger than any other civilization prior. The conquerors came and with their diseases and bad intentions killed over 90% of our ancestors. And yet, a group of the descendants of those Europeans want to continue oppressing us. But this is our time and we ain’t going anywhere. I highly recommend you watch John’s show, it’ll open your eyes. Great job JOHN!
