Hi @netaporter, There is an obvious issue with your deliveries and I’m sure you didn’t get to know about it by me telling you. Is it logistic problem with @dhlexpress or is it your warehouse related? Things do happen, I can totally wait. That would be great you can kindly let me/us know that everything is under control so I can stop worrying. I’ve been calling for days about my orders because something went wrong. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone nor has anyone returned my email. I tried going on to cancel my orders because I’m that frustrated with your customer service right now. Is there anyone who can help me?

Waiting for an order to be SHIPPED since 4 days!! I’ve called the customer care, they don’t know anything and can’t give information about when my package will be shipped. Seriously what happened to you? No problems for 8 years and now I only have issue with you. Unacceptable !!!!!

@kathcor it is clearly not caused by the sales, it is not their first sale.. I have orders ‘being processed’ for weeks now. Maybe their software crashed? Whatever is we should at least get an email explaining what has been happening.

@modeison_ bizarrely I have had a order delivered which I only placed 2 days ago yet I’ve heard nothing about an order placed a week ago! So irritating. Especially the silence from net a porter.
