rubythepupnyc I am very happy to see that my comment made a difference . I criticized u on a bunch of things and u actyalky listened to me. The coloring books, more interaction, more clothing. I knew the comment might hurt ur feeling but I left it for the child, in hopes u might listen a little and do those things. Watched your story and so so happy so see that even tho u immediately blocked me u did listen. Improvements were made, that was my whole point.❤️soooo soooo happy to see those changes . happinessx4 @jennacantlose do you suggest using a Keto tracker? I was doing amazing and then stopped losing and gained 5lbs ? I just want to lose the 5lbs gained and maybe an additional 3 to 5 and then maintain. Any suggestions about how to get the weight lose going again when you've plateaued? You look amazing and have been such an inspiration for this mommy of four to snatch my body back!

I am starting out and am curious if results can happen with keto alone or if exercise is needed as well. Im currently pregnant with #2 and would like to breastfeed but want to go keto. Should I start a keto diet while pregnant (obviously talk to my dr first)?
