We're so pleased to offer the inaugural UOVO Prize to John Edmonds, an emerging Brooklyn artist whose gorgeous photographs negotiating the intersection of race, gender, sexuality, and spirituality have been captivating us over the past several years. As part of the prize, we will host Edmond's first ever solo museum show in 2020, and his work will also be on display on the new @uovo.art Brooklyn façade. We can't wait to share his ambitious body of work with Brooklyn. Congratulations @johncedmonds!⠀
