✅Wide Mountain Climber & Push Up > Incline Mountain Climber - 20 reps
✅Decline Push-Up > Shoulder Press - 12 reps
✅Tricep Dip > Tricep Dip (Bent-Leg) - 12 reps
✅Alternating Side Plank > Side Plank - 40 sec (20 per side)
✅Commando > Commando (Knees) - 8 reps
✅Incline Push-Up > Incline Push Up - 10 reps
Try 2-3 rounds with a 60 second break in between!

@sweat does your program provide changes for those with severe lower back pain and or bad knees. I’m currently working with Keiser but want something extra for home that’s not going to make my back sore but increase my strength.... cardio work has also been difficult over the years and am only getting started with 10 minute runs... my nutrition however, is good! Thanks in advance

Why is this not the BBG beginner program? I have not been working out at all, and when I started BBG, I couldn’t finish the regular workout because it felt too intense, and I felt horrible about myself because I thought how horrible it is that I couldn’t even finish the beginner set.

Last time I tried to start my BBG process but after two weeks my knees were killing me. It would be grate to have for knee friendly exercises

I struggle so hard at tricep dips. Do you have any tips?? I feel like I can’t even lift my weight with only my heels on the floor...
