What would you tell your younger self? My heart is on fire this weekend here in Florida joining forces with @Tarte Cosmetics for their Big Ego Girls Leadership summit for an empowering weekend to lift up young girls and help them believe that in today’s world they CAN grow into strong and confident leaders! We have so many incredible panels, activities and surprises lined up that I cannot wait to be a part of with so many other inspiring women. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this in the beauty industry I’ve been in for over 7 years where instead of a brand doing another launch party around their new mascara they decided to put their marketing dollars to good use and give 25 young girls a summit of a lifetime. This makes me so happy to see the beauty industry rise up like this to empower our youth. Praying that every girl coming today will leave this weekend feeling more confident and beautiful in her own skin - knowing it’s not a bad thing to love yourself and go after the life you deserve like a true leader! maria_dacoba Thank you @sazan my daughter was at the summit today and I can tell you she is walking away feeling more confident and positive about herself. I absolutely loved the panel discussions you participated in. I watched my daughter as well as all the other girls hanging on to every word you all were saying. Some think makeup isn’t a good thing for the girls, but I say if it makes them feel better about themselves then so be it. When my 15 yrold is sad, or has had a rough day, I watch her go into the bathroom and practice putting on makeup after watching her fav influencers. It is her happy place. Thank you for all you do for girls!❤️ So awesome that Tarte stepped up and did this. 🙌

hannaho1986 Sazan, I love ya girl but what your praying for isnt biblical. We are to deny ourselves as Christians. Matt:16:24-25. Trust me people do love themselves plenty. The problem is actually people loving themselves to much. So much so they become depressed because they feel bad for themselves for not getting what they think they deserve. Please be careful what are saying and who you listen to. Just because someone says their christian doesnt mean they really are.Matt:22. Study to show yourself approved 2 Tim 2:15.
