International drag star @ヴァイオレット・チャチキ has revealed her latest project: a global solo tour titled ‘A Lot More Me’, created in response to Chachki’s inability to relate to other drag shows. Part fashion show, part burlesque and part circus, the tour starts at the end of the summer. We spoke to her about her first ever performance and the defining moments in her career. “There’s been so many that I feel grateful to have experienced - doing my first aerial performance, performing in front of my parents on national TV, performing alongside my long time idol Dita Von Teese, closing the Moschino resort show in my aerial hoop - however, I think this show stands to be, by far, the most defining moment for me as an artist to date because of the personal growth I’m showcasing in this solo debut.” Read the rest of the interview on thelovemagazine.co.uk.
