crystal_ss2 Very disappointed during my trip from Dubai to JFK. Such a long journey but no enough drinking water supply! Requested for many times, long waiting & suffering from sore throat now. Understand there’s lot of passenger & may not able to take care of everyone. But is it possible to increase number of your crew in order to serve us better? My first day in JFK forced to stay in a hotel due to dehydration 😑

sir.azizur @emirates customer service is just disgusting. Booked our honeymoon with them and I was left stranded in Sri Lanka by them. Emirates has ruined our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. It’s so disgusting that I am actually still on my honeymoon and trying to find a way of contacting emirates so they can arrange the transfers I paid for #emirates #flyemiratesflybetter #emiratesairline @flyingmuppets
