instajules55 Jen, I’ve been baking a few loaves of late. I don’t have a proper bread proving drawer so I improvised with placing a hot water bottle (filled wit hot water) on top of the dough bowl which had been covered in cling film and a tea towel. It then sits in the small space of a microwave for a few hours. Magical warm space for dough proving.
