Phil...just gotta get something off my chest 😝...bodybuilders gotta stop dumping all that tasty food into one plate. Eat your carbs first, then your protein, have a salad bowl on the side. Just like a 2 or 3 course meal in restaurant or with family. You digest better, really enjoy the individual tastes of each plate. Looks better on Instagram too 😊 Enjoy 🙏

Mr O I’ve recently got a minor hernia do u mind explaining what happens with your diet and the way u train with the hernia.
